The documentation standards we hold ourselves to

We publish batch records where independent analysis has been completed and the report is in our possession. Where it is not, the batch is marked as pending and no result is shown. We do not estimate, extrapolate or reuse a previous batch's figures.
We do not publish claims about what a material does. Our catalogue is supplied for laboratory research use, and product copy is written to describe format, specification, handling and documentation only.
Where a customer requires documentation that is not published, they can request it against the batch identifier printed on the container.
This approach makes the catalogue slower to fill out than a marketing-led one. We consider that an acceptable trade.
