Despatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are typically despatched the same working day, subject to stock and documentation checks.
Tracking
All orders are despatched with tracking. Tracking details are issued by email once the parcel is collected.
Handling
Temperature-sensitive items are packed to their stated storage requirement. Please record condition on arrival in your receiving log.
